Renovation - weekend house

This project transforms a previously neglected house near Sacrower See into a weekend retreat and family home. The living area was expanded from 60 to 85 square meters, with a focus on connecting indoor and outdoor spaces and optimizing the layout.
Inspired by the style of Sacrow and Potsdam, the design restores historic details like woodwork on the facade while preserving the house’s charm. Inside, a modern minimalist style with a continuous poured floor and a central open fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.
A conservatory and large windows enhance the connection to nature, while terraces and an outdoor kitchen offer additional space for socializing. Using natural materials and energy-efficient solutions, the renovation blends tradition and modernity to create a functional and inviting home.
